Delete from the App (Recommended)
The easiest way to delete your account is directly from the QuickPlate app:
- Open the QuickPlate app
- Go to the Profile tab
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Your account and all associated data will be deleted immediately.
Can't Access the App?
If you no longer have access to the app or your device, you can request account deletion by email:
- Email us at hello@solvy.dev
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your QuickPlate account
We will process your request within 7 days and send confirmation once complete.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Account Information: Your email, display name, and profile data
- Food Logs: All your meal entries and nutrition data
- Chat History: All food logging conversations
- Daily Targets: Your custom macro and calorie goals
- Subscription Data: Any active subscription will be cancelled automatically
Data Retention
- Account Data: Deleted immediately upon request
- Backup Systems: Purged within 30 days
- Anonymous Analytics: May be retained but cannot be linked back to you
Note: Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Please export your data before deletion if you wish to keep a copy.
